Education still matters, I see. It’s still a priority in families.
Competence matters.
Intelligence sells, too.
Just because the needles and goalposts keep moving to accommodate and normalize stupidity, ignorance, and mediocrity (even in high and formerly respected places), it’s nice to see that conscientious students aren’t falling for it.
Sky’s the limit.
I hope this year’s graduates continue to defy the odds, silence naysayers, and destroy stereotypes and perceptions. I hope they make history and provide inspiring stories to tell.
Well done, parents, for being your children’s first teachers and cheerleaders.
