SUNDAY THOUGHTS

Sometimes, in various ways, we are inadvertently educated. We’re taught an unexpected lesson, that gives us a reference, reminder, heads-up, roadmap, or instructions for the future. God forbid you ever have to USE the information, but it’s priceless to have in your back pocket.

There are things in life, the positive outcomes of which, rely on how time is efficiently managed. It takes discernment, wisdom, and sobriety to know what’s a part of the show, what’s not a big deal, what can be ignored, and what demands immediate attention.

Sometimes, that lesson is public, but when all is said and done, YOU know what to do. You know the next time, not to panic, or just sit in awe, dumbfounded, or bewildered, but to MOVE…swiftly.

There are circumstances that beg for at least ONE keen individual (perhaps an owner of a smartphone), in the room, to stop staring like a deer caught in headlights, perceive that something is NOT normal, and act. THAT person has undoubtedly experienced a similar situation before, remains calm, is prepared, and knows exactly what to do.
