Yesterday, while clearing dishes, and storing leftovers with Lisa, I could almost hear my parents asking, “Wait a minute. What are you getting ready to do with that pot liquor? Don’t throw that out.”
Today, I baked the rest of the cornbread batter.
The last of the collard greens, paired with a warm piece of cornbread, were delicious.
