The uneasy, ironic, and morbid goodness of Good Friday, is that a death occurred. It’s hard to wrap your mind around that. As a Christian, the gratitude is overwhelming. Christ could have opted out. He could have employed the army at his disposal. He didn’t. He was gracious and forgiving until the end... and the end was just the beginning. Spoiler alert: Love wins.
