QUARANTINE LIFE: EATS

It’s my go-to, quarantine meal when I don’t feel like cooking or ordering from DoorDash. I just open a can of chicken noodle soup, pour it into a pot and add a little butter, evaporated milk, garlic powder, frozen chopped peppers, black pepper, and broccoli. It yields two servings and, frankly, beats the urge to just pop corn. 🙂
