QUARANTINE LIFE: MARYLAND REOPENS

A BEAUTIFUL (HOT) DAY

It’s beautiful outside—- and hot! The sky with its fluffy clouds was stunning. I was on a mission—a quick one. This drive was only the second one I’ve taken since March. Both times involved dropping something in the mail. 
I looked at the gas gauge and laughed. It’s still full. I haven’t pumped gas since March, either. I wonder, as communities reopen, how many people have been strictly sheltering in place like me; relying on services like Instacart, Amazon, Peapod, and DoorDash and entertaining no desire to go anywhere. 
I’m glad I decided to get a little sunshine, though. Outdoors deserved a look today.
