Don’t feel like cooking? Toss a bunch of broccoli, frozen peppers, garlic powder, a pat of butter and a tbsp. of evaporated milk and a cup of water into Campbells chunky (or any brand) chicken noodle soup, and bring it to a boil. It’s been my go-to lazy day, quarantine meal. Want it heartier? Chop up a small potato.
It’s getting chilly. I think soup and broccoli will join popcorn, paper towels, and water on the must-have grocery list.
