QUARANTINE LIFE: EATS
My daughter sent a photo. “Look at my bananas”, the message read. I laughed. “They’re so round and red!” I replied. A mistake in her grocery delivery was a blessing for me. I’d wanted a big salad for days— mixed greens, tomatoes, garlic and onion powder, sea salt and pepper—then I realized I didn’t have any salad dressing. I did have mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, dill and sweet relish, and vinegar, though. It was a tasty combination.
